Recommendations for an OB/GYN Visit:

1. Write your questions prior to your appointment. Prioritize the list, having a list helps your
   doctor to recognize and address your concerns.
   
   
2. Bring the most recent list of all your prescription and non-prescription medications, the
   strength, dosage, reason for taking the medication.
   
   
3. Write down any symptoms you may have. Try to be specific as possible. Is the pain on the
   right or the left side? Describe the pain, sharp or dull, constant or intermittent. How is the
   pain affecting your daily routine, are there any exacerbating factors affecting the pain?
   How long have you been experiencing pain? Have you taken any medications for the pain?
   
   
4. You can bring a family member or friend to the appointment. They can help you remember all your symptoms and questions and help you with the instructions concerning your treatment given by your doctor.
